Luke needed artwork for his new release, Crossing Borders which is a collection of Domenico Scarlatti keyboard Sonatas performed by Luke himself. He provided photos from a recent photoshoot and we went from there.
The artwork needed to be classy and the photos themselves aided the choice of a warm colour scheme. The track names are not in your traditional form so they needed to be laid out in an easy to distinguish way – it had to be neat! This album is printed as a four-panel digipack (or ProPak as the printers called these) with full colour CD.
We also put together matching Facebook, Twitter and Youtube banners to help promote the release – a few examples have been added for you to view.
If you’re into classical music you can grab a copy from Luke over on his website.
I have recently contacted Livia at three29design to assist me on the cover design for my classical album. From the first point of contact is has been nothing but pleasant and productive experience – not only accommodating every request for the keenest of details to meet the needs of my project, but also exceptionally quick response times and clear about how the project was moving forward at all times. She even took the time to go above and beyond on many occasions, and I most certainly plan to collaborate again in the future! 5/5 stars! – Luke Welch
