The flu bug got me and knocked me out for a while. Just on my way to recovery now, so projects have just been taken off hold.

Perfect time to unravel another one of my intentionally minimal vectors, this time on the good ol’ Doctor House. I so wish he was real lol :( I’ll tidy it up sometime so I can get myself a print for my wall.

Here’s the cover art for C-Menniz’s mixtape Trials & Tribulations. He wanted something which portrayed pain and suffering as I wanted to do it without having any other people in the cover other than him. So an empty and destroyed Boston city with mean storm skies with strong yellows and oranges along with light lighting on top helped me create it. The buildings took the most time to destroy but was worth it instead of the normal skyline. On top there’s multiple textures, including diamond metal plating which shows up in the darker areas.

I like how this one came out, dull but colorful… if you know what I mean.

They’re non stop with there mixtapes, especially the Secret Love Series. Below is the first draft of the cover for volume 16, this time it’s in a studio, with artists on the mixtape there with two lovely ladies to keep them company. The lady on the left is going to be changed for someone with a little more covered up, I guess I’m used to putting women on a beach with this series.

As you can see …It’s got that abstract touch I do more and more these days, this is because I didn’t want to have to put any weed in the studio or flags because you just don’t really have a flag hanging in a studio lol. You just have to love that image of Elephant man though ;] Back cover coming soon…
