Business card design for En’rico ‘ESQ.’ Dion which matches his myspace layout with a clean digitalized theme. The front is a simple look with pixels breaking off, with his name as focal point along with his soon to be website. The back features Ohio with Cleveland marked off with a star along with Esq. Recording artists usually look past the whole business card thing… don’t, it makes you look professional and ready to be noticed. Break the mould.

Read MoreYou may have seen posts about this cover in the works previously in my blog as it was completed a few months ago but now I am able to release it. This cover was a challenge building it from scratch but it’s the style I love, gritty, macabre kind of style which I rarely get to do, so it was a pretty cool project. It’s created for Reno Soundz, soon to be released album ‘Nutt Case’ which you can find on itunes or buy a hard copy from there myspace. Be on the look out for it, these guys are serious about what they do and I wish them all the best.

James Vegas wanted his front cover to be a stage concept with the girls and crowd around him. As this is an album cover I chose a very plain font and made it quite prominent within the cover whilst being in the image instead of over the top. I wanted all focus on him so I blacked out the crowd leaving some light around the edges of the crowd, the spotlight aims directly at James and the area around him starts to desaturated. Some subtle glows were added et voila. Very simple as it is an album cover.
