Maybe you remember one of my first vectors which was similar to this, Starface ‘09, again with Game? Well here’s another one similar, it’s my 5th vector I think. I like using Game because he has a very distinct face… especially with the red star tattoo lol. I wouldn’t say this is 100% finished but my time is up for my own work so I’m not sure when I’ll get to finish it off. As you can see some parts need extra details and other parts need a quick clean up.

Even though this is almost square, it is not a CD cover.

Oh and before I get idiotic comments. No this has no skin tone… I did notice that. Probably because I like to do my vectors like this. I like to keep it very simple, working around the highlights and shadows on the image, within reason. I like using three colors and having it minimalist. That’s me and how I like to do these.

This was a draft of a cover idea, but it ended up being used for some promo bits (sticker, display pics, etc) for the mixtape instead. Wanted to try out a black and white dripping graffiti style, with a hint of color.

ESQ / MeetESQ.com // Mixtape Cover

Meetesq.com the mixtape and the actual website will be released/launched together… very soon so keep your eyes pealed. The tracks have been in the making a long time! Don’t forget to follow him on twitter. Here’s the cover below.

The concept was to take objects which give you a quick brief history of ESQ. you can put the pieces together. Cont…I did a few of these arial view style covers a long time ago, so it was definitely cool to try them out again as I used to really like doing them.

The M-4 with the rounds, dog tags, along with the two 6×4 pictures show that ESQ was in the US Army. The two previous releases are on the side to remind you… cop those from datpiff.com. The lyrics on the torn paper symbolize the music, along with the microphone and headphones. Cash… well everyone needs cash.. and diamonds aha! His phone, the business cards show he’s also a business man. The comic is a personal preference, Marvel villains Same goes for the back cover. Nothing is there without a reason! The glowing lines? Well that’s just a touch of what I like to do

The 18th installment to the Secret Love mixtape series will be available soon for free download. This time it focuses on the Caribbean Carnivals and RTNS knew that they wanted the cover to be a collage of torn images. On the back we did similar but with the flags (or I should say, some of the many!) of Caribbean Islands.

I used to have a ickle bumper sticker… but it just wasn’t cutting it. Plus it didn’t match my black and white theme of my car so……. I got a new one. Nice and big for those people sat behind me, bored, in ridiculously long traffic lights. Give me a peep if you see me and I’ll flash at you

Dj Stylus is releasing another mixtape to bless your ears, Time To Get Funky will be available for digital download and you can grab a proper copy (you know… those shiny discs you put in a CD player lol) off him. I’ll post up download links when it gets released. And yes… pimp my ride had an influence lol.
