Ravele Productions Soundclick

Click the image to view live page. Here’s a basic soundclick package for Ravele. He wanted the design to be based on his website but spruced up graphically, so that’s what we did :) Matching twitter page too, so go check it out and follow him whilst you’re at it.

KILLER MONKEY with a MACHETE

There’s a long random story behind this piece. Basically it was made for a friend. I wouldn’t have been able to get it finished in time usually however, as I was off work ill I got some done. Thing’s aren’t perfect, especially the arms and hands lol but honestly, just a bit of fun for a laugh. I ended up finishing it off with a slight Grindhouse poster look because of the recent Machete movie (which is AWESOME, go watch it!).

Happy New Year!

My blog has been very bare lately due to me being off sick but I just wanted to have a quick post thanking everyone who has supported Three29Design this year. So… THANK YOU! =] I appreciate the people I’ve worked with, having faith in me that I can pull off their projects just how they want them. I appreciate those who I’ve networked with, and who give me feedback and more confidence in myself and my work. I’m thankful that people recommend me to there friends, family, co-workers etc it means a lot!

2010 saw 329’s first birthday in September. It’s been a successful first year of business and I hope 2011 will only make things even more successful. I expanded slightly this year by getting a coder on board so the stuff you don’t see is quality as well, along with learning new programs and venturing into some illustration. More of that will happen throughout this year, and I can’t wait to get back to work fully after being away for so long due to being in hospital.

I wish you all good health, and success with your talent in 2011 – whether it be art, music, geeky computer stuff, being entrepreneurial and so on…

Work featured in Burst Magazine

Burst Magazine

Thought I’d let you know that a few pieces of my work were featured in the Pilot issue of Burst Magazine. It’s a new digital magazine to help up and coming creatives gain some exposure. I was featured alongside 14 other extremely talented designers, photographers and illustrators, so it’s an honor to share some space with them.

You can download your copy or have a look at the site here. You can also follow @BurstMagazine on twitter.

M.I.A

So… I’ve been gone for a while now. Mid November I decided to take time off as I had been ill for a few weeks and it just wasn’t going away. After a while my brain just wasn’t up for work and I refuse to do peoples projects half arsed and half out of it. I’ve had to put a LOT on hold, I have a huge amount of emails to reply to and of course lost quite a bit of income which is a bit annoying at any time of the year, let alone this one. Then on Saturday I thought I was better… however Sunday morning I was taken to hospital with immense abdominal pain. Few days later I had to have surgery, pesky little appendix. I’m now out of hospital with one useless body part less ;) won’t be aiming to go back there for a long time, so boring – nurses were brilliant though!

I aim to resume work on Monday/Tuesday. I’m still recovering so I can’t work as much as I’d like to though, still kinda hurts to sit upright for a while, blame the three holes in me.

So, huge sorry to anyone I caused inconvenience to!
